To access the online portal for your institution, you need login details. create your account. once your account is activated you can access the portal by providing your user name and password. The supported browsers are: Mozilla Firefox 20 or above. (Recommended) Officially tested. Internet Explorer is not supported. Google Chrome is partly supported, reports are not supported on chrome.

In SchoolAdmin ERP you can generate reports in Excel,Open document format and pdf. You need -

  • Minimum 4 GB RAM
  • 30GB Free disk space

contact your school management and communicate your requirements to them or you can directly contact us at info@marvelsoft.co.in, The SAS module comes with use the software as is. If you need your institution specific or client specific changes you have to go for our online private cloud based / offline ERP products. where we will customize the software as per your requirements.
If you are not able to generate / print any reports, check your mozilla firefox version and Adobe acrobat version. You must have latest version of both these softwares to generate reports properly.

If any problem is found in the software, it will be fixed in a timely manner. Defects are problems in the software which would prevent the user from completing certain task in the software. There will not be any customization as per customer requirements in SAAS accounts. if you need a customized solution, you need to purchase our ERP Solutions. contact us at info@MarvelSoft.co.in
Training shall be done remotely for 2 days for initial setup such as master settings and data entry. Further training will be on going and on need basis. When your organization staff need any further training they can calls us we will conduct online training for them. We provide access to online documentation for SchoolAdmin for additional help. There will not be any onsite visit or training.
